As part of our commitment to delivering excellent customer service, we have established the following No Refund Policy for all services and products:
1. All sales are final: Once a service or product is purchased from the Food Safety Division, it is non-refundable. We do not offer any refunds, exchanges, or credits for any reason unless otherwise stated in a specific agreement or required by applicable law.
2. Responsibility for product/service selection: It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the chosen service or product meets their specific requirements. We encourage customers to thoroughly read product descriptions, specifications, and seek clarification before making a purchase. If necessary, Food Safety Division representatives are available to provide further information and assistance prior to making a purchase.
3. Technical difficulties: In the event that customers experience technical difficulties with a product or service purchased from the Food Safety Division, we will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue promptly. However, this does not entitle the customer to a refund.
4. Change of mind: Due to the nature of our services and products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds based on a change of mind. Please ensure that you carefully consider your purchase before completing the transaction.
5. Non-eligible circumstances for refund: The following circumstances are not eligible for a refund:
a. Customer's failure to read or understand the product or service description, specifications, or requirements.
b. Purchasing a service or product that is incompatible with the customer's existing systems, infrastructure, or requirements.
c. Failure to meet the customer's expectations or specific needs that are not explicitly guaranteed in writing.
d. Services or products that have already been used, consumed, or accessed by the customer.
e. Disruption or discontinuation of services due to force majeure events, such as natural disasters, government regulations, or other factors beyond our control.
6. Exceptions: In certain exceptional circumstances, we may consider providing a refund, credit, or alternative solution. Such circumstances will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and will require documentation and evidence to support the request.
By purchasing any service or product from the Food Safety Division, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this No Refund Policy.
